This was such a special wedding for me. Not only is Kelly a fellow wedding industry creative, both her & Glynn are also very good friends. I first met Kelly on a photo shoot (I think 4 years ago now!) & we have been friends ever since!
Kelly is the designer & owner of KMR Bespoke Bridal. She makes the most beautiful wedding dresses you can imagine. Not only did Kelly make her own wedding dress, she made both Mother & Mother in Law dresses! All of them looked totally amazing! Kelly also made her own spectacular veil & her own garter. The beautiful bridesmaids dresses were from Jenny Packham.
Kelly & Glynn said I do at the same church her Mum & Dad were married at over 33 years before them. It was such an honour to recreate the photograph of Kelly’s mum with her dad with Kelly & her dad on the way into the church grounds.
Here is the original, see if you can spot the recreation in the blog post! 🙂
After the church ceremony, everyone headed to the amazing Elsham Hall, Gardens & Country Park. It’s actually the first time I have been there & I was gobsmacked at how beautiful & extensive the grounds are. If Kelly & Glynn didn’t have a party to get to I would have photographed them together all day & night!
Kelly & Glynn really put their heart & soul into this wedding. They made pretty much everything. Kelly made sure her brides were involved by using little pieces of lace & fabric used on their dresses onto the jars on the tables at the reception.
It was such a pleasure to work with so many friends that I have had the pleasure of working with before on photo shoots & at other weddings; Sarah from The Make Up Studio, Hazel from Halo by Hazel & Lauretta from Paeony Floral Design. Kelly & Glynn chose The Cine Collective as their wedding videographers (who are sadly not taking on any more wedding clients due to taking on more commercial work.) The beautiful car was from All Occasions – a perfect way to really travel in style!
I hope you enjoy this beautiful wedding, it was such a honour to document it.
